I had a similar build but without the ITB's.
150 Bottom End from my 150 carb setup EG.
160i EK head - Port/Polished and Gaslflowed by Mastercams.
OEM cam was cut to i think 276 deg not to sure if I got it correct coz it was a long time ago. Also by Mastercams.

New Pistons with piston rings and oil rings from Masterparts

EF 160i Sohc intake with OEM TB and Injectors
EF Fuel Tank with OEM Intank Fuel Pump
New Fuel Filter
New Oil Filter and Oil. Shell blue bottle
EF 160i Sohc ECU OEM
EF fuse boxes inside and engine one
OEM Exhaust Mani
2box Free Flow Exhaust system done by Koenic Somerset west with the Degraaf boxes

Oh yes dont forget the new gaskets and seals etc.
Dont forget the Map sensors and TPS and other sensors.
